Computer Ethics

The word 'ethics' means 'moral beliefs and rules about right and wrong, Computer ethics also refers to the responsible use of computers and computer networksit branch of practical philosophy which deals with how computing professionals should mak: decisions regarding professional and social conduct. The concept of computer ethics originated in 1950 when Norbert Weiner,a prolessor published a book called "The Human Use of Human Beings" which laid out the basic foundations of computer ethics and made Norbert Weiner the father of computer ethics.
